Privacy Policy

Calgary Siding Solutions is a siding contractor based at 123 Everwoods Green SW, Calgary, AB T2Y 0B6. This page explains what personal information we collect, why, how we look after it, and what you can ask us to do with it. We handle personal information in line with Alberta’s Personal Information Protection Act.
What we collect
- When you call: your name, phone number, the property’s community or address, and notes about the work you are asking about. We do not record calls.
- When you email: whatever you choose to send, such as your contact details, the property address, photos and drawings.
- When we quote or do the work: the property address, access arrangements, measurements, and photos of the walls, the damage and the work areas.
- For billing: the name and address on the invoice and a record of payments. We do not store card numbers on this website.
What this website collects
This site has no contact form, no user accounts, and no analytics or advertising cookies. Like any website, the servers that deliver it keep standard technical logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and reliability. The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers; Google’s own privacy policy covers that connection. If we add analytics or anything else that collects information, we will update this page first.
How we use it
- To answer your questions, visit the property and prepare a quote
- To schedule, carry out and document the work, including photos of the membrane, flashing and siding that show what was installed
- To invoice, keep business and tax records, and meet warranty or legal obligations
- To share job details with a builder, property manager or inspector only where you are working with them on that job, or where the law requires it
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for marketing lists. Photos of your property are not published without your permission, and any we are given permission to use will not show your address or other identifying details.
Who else sees it
Only the service providers we rely on to run the business, such as our phone and email providers, accounting software and our accountant, and only as far as they need to provide that service. Some of these providers may store data outside Alberta or Canada, where it is subject to the laws of that jurisdiction.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not turn into work are deleted when they are no longer useful. Job and billing records are kept for as long as tax and business record rules require, and then securely destroyed.
Your choices
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete what we are not required to keep.
